Annette and I would like to thank you for building our home on Donnaway Court. You did an outstanding job.

Your flexibility to custom build what we wanted was amazing. Even the pool house you built turned out great. Every morning you cleaned up the building site as you made your rounds from house to house. Few builders care enough to personally do that. Just picking up the trash made the building site much more presentable.

Your "finish carpentry work" and floor plan complemented eac other making for outstanding interior aesthetics. We are also grateful that you designed the house to be nearly maintenance free.

As you can see, my wife and I are very pleased with your work and would recommend you as a builder to anyone wanting to build a quality house, and if we every build a house in Middle Tennessee again we would definately want you to be our builder.

Rob Adams build a house for us in 2006 in the Parkside community in Brentwood. He was "to the penny" with his estimates, happy to accept change orders and give us updated prices, and faithful to ensure our complete satisfaction post-closing. Our house is solidly constructed with quality building materials and we are very happy with it. When we get ready to build our retirement home, we want another Rob Adams home for sure!
